Wonderful

Very nice hotel - very clean and maintained interior as well as exterior (atrium, swimming pool areas). Large offer of meals whole day. Really large outside swimming pools with beautiful view on sea. It is close to a few very nice beaches around the hotel (5-10 min by walk). Nice and helpful staff.

Sometimes big noise from (drunk) visitors, who stayed in the "atrium" of hotel long after midnight - it is not possible to have opened window...

Lovely location but not good food.

Superb location, right by the sea but note there is no beach access. A tiny beach is exposed at low tide but it’s rocky and pretty rough.

The food was not at all nice. It looked and smelled like institution food. If you chose a later meal sitting, then the food was dried up and very unappetising.

We really enjoyed this hotel and will definately return

The hotel was spotlessly clean, no rush for sunbeds or seats anywhere. Pool bar buffet had a great choice of food with choices being changed 3 times daily. Main restaurant was great.

No butter on buffet, only margarine, yuck. Queues for soft drinks, wine and beer could be long, many hotels have these self service with counter service for spirits which would reduce queues

Great hotel that is clean and comfortable.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable and overall, good value for money. The pools are well maintained and due to its size, there is plenty space to accommodate all users. We went down to the pool after breakfast (circa 9am) and never had an issue securing a sunbed. The breakfast was great/faultless. The food in general is quite decent but there is room for improvement.

The fact you have to pay additional to have wi-fi in the room was disappointing and we didn't do it out of principle. You also need to pay an additional charge for the use of the safe, as well as use of other facilities within the hotel. As it is "all inclusive" it should mean all inclusive. It is the first hotel we've been in where these facilities are not included in the cost. Coffee should be included in the drinks package! Even if the cost per night was a little higher than it is, I think this would be fine as long as all facilities are included. The last thing you want to be thinking about when on an all inclusive holiday is additional costs... The food could be improved as some dishes lack seasoning however, the food in general was good. What we did notice is the meal options for children were very limited and we noticed some kids just getting a plate of chips. The food is more tailored to adults.

we really enjoyed our stay , no problems from checking in to checking out . staff were amazing.

staff , facilities , food was lovely. the hotel catered for my gluten free diet . nothing was a problem . The rooms were big and very clean. I enjoyed some of the activities arranged by the animation team. The hotel was very close to the beach. there were 3 small clothes shops available in the hotel in case you needed to pick up anything. Very reasonably priced

The beds and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable

Lovely experience except for one thing...

The room was large and comfortable and the view was amazing (we booked a room with a sea view and we got plenty of it, including sunrise over the sea). The staff were lovely and friendly. I was amazed especially during meals at how fast they work to take care of a high number of guests. There are lovely beaches nearby with fine sand. All in all, we enjoyed staying here and we found it good value for money.

While sitting by the pool we were approached by one of the hotel photographers to offer us a free photo session. He specifically said it was free. We expected to pay something, maybe for printing, frames or for an album etc. So after 45 minutes of photographing and another 45 minutes choosing photos, we were shocked to learn that it would cost 9 EUR PER PHOTO to get any of them, even in electronic form. They offered us some packages that supposedly included printing and an album, but they were also way overpriced and in the end they told us they were out of paper so we would be paying just for downloading. We ended up choosing only a few photos, but the whole experience put a damper on our day. Both photographers whom we interacted with were nice and they did not pressure us to buy more. So nothing against them at all, but they should have informed us in advance, rather than calling it free when it wasn't. We think it would be more fair to charge an hourly rate for the photographer's time, rather than playing such tricks. We would have rated 10 if not for this incident.

Very spacious, clean, well maintained. Food choices were amazing something for everyone. The staff are so friendly, and professional from our check in on reception giving us a full run down of timings and where everything is situated to the staff working in the buffet. Fab 2 day chill out from everyday routine. Will definitely return

Had to pay to use the spa which wasn't mentioned in the write up. Plus booking.com said check in from 2pm and our room wasn't ready till gone 3pm

Got a free upgrade to a Royal Suite and two beautiful balconies. The staff were lovely. It was the variety and quality of food that makes this hotel stand out. Beautiful. There's some lovely beaches close by. There's a lot of nudity. But we embraced it. Less to pack.
